Kathleen Urbanic, Co-Founder of Product Solution Lab has led marketing and product organizations in early stage startups as well as enterprise software companies. She is a Cisco Business Transformation Analyst, and has training from IDEO in Design Thinking. Projects have included: global GTM development, marketing strategy and team leadership, eCommerce system planning, GAP Analysis, partner program development, and M&A Discovery. Kathleen has global marketing, product management, and business development experience and is uniquely qualified to motivate and manage cross-functional and remote teams to exceed expectations.
