Kathleen Urbanic, Co-Founder of Product Solution Lab has led marketing and product organizations in early stage startups as well as global enterprise software companies. She has a proven track record of scaling revenue through go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and cross-functional leadership. With deep expertise in regional, channel, and growth marketing across cybersecurity, data tools, and other enterprise software, she excels at building and leading high-performing teams. She provides project-based marketing support, interim CMO/VP Marketing leadership as well as full time consulting with PE/VC backed portfolio startups. Projects have included: global GTM development, marketing strategy and team leadership, AI advising, partner program development, and M&A Discovery. Based in Colorado (MT), Kathleen has successfully led global marketing efforts to drive expansion into the North American market.
